Hi Joe, Thanks so much for sharing in the day with us and making it so special for our family and friends. The personal touches that you went to before, during and after the ceremony were fantastic. We loved the ceremony and we will be certainly recommending you to all of our friends who want to go down the Humanist route! It was an absolute pleasure getting to know you, and who knows, we may see you again in a few years!!

Humanist Naming Ceremony: Kit
‘We were so happy with the ceremony. You have a very special way of putting people at ease, and connecting with people to make them feel so part of a day. So many of our friends and family passed comment that you’d had a word with them, or wished them a happy day, for us it is a huge part of the day that they feel so part of it. I love the gentle way you lead the ceremony, allowing gaps and pauses to emphasise the importance of some areas but also when emotions are high. I was impressed with how you handled it after Mam read and she was so emotional. By addressing it and mentioning the emotions of the day, it almost validated for her that it was OK to be overwhelmed!

Hi Joe,
Each event has had such an air of relaxation, personalization, humour & tears, in-depth meaning and appropriateness.
The naming ceremonies were just so delightful and full of the positiveness in introducing new little people into the world.
Bias aside, I feel our wedding was the nicest wedding I have ever been to. It could not have been nicer or better. I am filled with a glowy warmth and delight each time I think of it. And that is echoed by all who were there.
I’m very proud of each occasion we shared Joe, embracing and embodying humanist philosophy. Your experience and professionalism shines through and glides over each occasion effortlessly, for all of which we will be forever so grateful.

Hi Joe,
I just want to say thank you so much for conducting the Naming Ceremony. So many people thought it was a lovely ceremony and so personal. I felt everything from the planning of the day to the day itself was completely within our control. If there were things we did or didn’t want, it wasn’t a problem. This was very reassuring as we had never been to a Naming Ceremony before. We really felt it was a day we will never forget and hope we have created some great memories for Shay to look back on in years to come. Thank you so much for being the celebrant on our very special day.

Joe thank you so much for conducting the ceremony and for all of your efforts to make the naming day special. Everyone said it was so personal and friendly and we thought it was just perfect. Finn had a great day (even though Pika [the dog!] tried to steal his thunder with the rubber chicken). Mam won’t let anyone leave on an empty stomach so glad you got a bite to eat.

Hi Joe,
We couldn’t finish our day without saying thank you so much for everything today. You were amazing, so kind and extra patient.
I think I will always remember that my brother made it to the ceremony and thank you for waiting for him.
